Prior to booking your appointment online you will have to agree to a liability waiver as part of the terms and conditions. Once you arrive your vehicles battery will be connected to an additional power source to keep the voltage stable for flashing your ECU. We will connect to the vehicles ODBII port and verify if a ECU update is required. After the ECU update, if needed, we will flash the ECU with the tune. After idling the engine for a few minutes you will take your vehicle for a quick drive. This gives you an opportunity to get a feel for the throttle response, and if needed we can adjust the throttle to be either more or less aggressive. Plan on a total of around 30 minutes in most cases.

We will verify your truck’s software version and update it for free if required.

Our ECU Flashes do not modify the OEM ID, which means it will always report back as "stock" when the dealer reads your software version. Although we do not guarantee warranty status, many of our customers have had no issues having warranty items taken care of without issues after tuning. Tuning your truck should not be considered different than any other “aftermarket” modification.

No, check out other aftermarket options available such as Rough Country or HyperTech.

If the warranty issue in question is caused directly by the tune, you could potentially have your warranty voided on that item. These tunes however are 99.9% undetectable by the dealership. We make no guarantees or promises that tuning will uphold your vehicle's warranty, HOWEVER many of our customers have had their trucks at their local dealership with no warranty problems or issues. Please use your best discretion when considering tuning your vehicle.
Please refer to the Magnuson Moss Act for more information about consumer rights and aftermarket modifications. -

Every truck is different and every person has a different driving style and habits, therefore it is impossible to make any statements regarding MPG and how the any tune may have an effect on it. You may potentially see gains if you drive normally and do routine maintenance. If you're looking strictly for a tune to save MPG only, please do not get your vehicle tuned. Most customers will see net zero gains/losses, but those who are conservative may see some improvement with MPG.
