What AMSOIL oil does my tuned Toyota need?

Use the grade your engine calls for. A tune doesn't change the viscosity your engine was designed around. Find My Fluids shows the grade and capacity AMSOIL lists for your engine, along with filter, gear lube and ATF recommendations.

How often should I change it?

Each product shows the drain interval AMSOIL lists for it. Towing, off-roading, short trips and a lot of hard driving all count as severe service, which shortens that interval. If you're unsure, ask us about your setup.
